Excellent service, super helpful and knowledgeable. Very patient while I decided and never pushy. Also bringing my wife’s Lexus for tires. My truck came out great with a 6” lift, 20” wheels and 35” Toyo tires! Will definitely recommend.

I had by far the best experience with Orlando wheel and tire, From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my truck. When I first called the shop I spoke to Camilla, I had a bunch of questions of possibly going with a lift kit and she helped me answer all my questions. Very easy to talk to and she’s very informative. I felt so sure about the quality of work I was going to get done by the amazing customer service I was receiving. At some point I felt like I was being annoying but they didn’t make me feel like that all. I ended up going with a 6 inch Rough country lift kit with M1 struts and Fuel wheels wrapped with 35 inch NITTO tires. When i got my truck back I completely fell in love with the results. They did such amazing work ! I’m glad I spent my money with them and they gained a customer for life. Thank you guys so much. Highly recommend

I had an awesome experience at Orlando Tires and Wheels. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to walk me through the entire process of installing a lift kit on my truck. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand — from what was being installed to how it would affect the overall ride and performance. After getting the lift kit and new tires, they gave me a heads-up about some minor noises that could occur with certain tire patterns. I really appreciated this honesty and transparency — it helped me know what to expect, and they were spot-on. A week later, I came back to get the lift kit re-torqued as recommended, and they handled it quickly with no hassle at all. It’s clear they care about doing things right and taking care of their customers long after the sale. Great shop, great service — I’ll definitely be back for future upgrades and maintenance!

I felt very well taken care of by Danny and his team. I went in and they already had experience with my type vehicle, explained my vision and what I was looking for and he found a design, price point and tire that aligned with what I wanted. The end result was perfect. I thought the mounting process would have been pretty straight forward but the team took the time to make sure my stock fenders had the proper fitment and wouldnt have interference issues. I felt i got a very fair price for the wheels and tires. It also meant something that Danny himself isn't just an owner he actually does the work. Special thanks to Raj as well.
